6A. Membership Subscription Terms

The Booked Club and The Chapter Lounge offer recurring membership subscriptions.
Membership plans may be offered on a:
Monthly basis
Quarterly basis
Annual basis
Other recurring billing cycles as specified at checkout
By purchasing a membership, you authorize automatic recurring billing using the payment method provided.
Membership plans automatically renew according to the selected billing interval unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, offerings, partnerships, suppliers, and included services at any time.
Membership benefits do not constitute guaranteed services and may change, expand, or be discontinued without creating a right to refund.
7. Refunds, Cancellations & Billing Policies

7.1 General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refund eligibility, if any, shall be governed by the specific product, service, event, retreat, or membership purchased.
7.2 Membership Cancellations
Members may cancel at any time.
To avoid future billing, cancellation requests must be received no less than seventy-two (72) hours before the next scheduled renewal date.
Cancellation requests received less than seventy-two (72) hours before renewal may not prevent the upcoming renewal charge.
Membership access will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
No prorated refunds will be issued for:
Unused membership time
Partial billing periods
Forgotten renewal dates
Lack of participation
Failure to utilize membership benefits
7.3 Automatic Renewals
By enrolling in a recurring membership, you acknowledge and agree that your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
You authorize the Company to charge your payment method for all recurring membership fees until cancellation is completed.
Members are responsible for monitoring renewal dates and maintaining accurate payment information.
7.4 Annual Membership Renewals
Annual memberships renew automatically every twelve (12) months unless canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours before the renewal date.
Annual membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
7.5 Event Registrations
Event tickets, workshops, conferences, webinars, virtual experiences, VIP experiences, and related registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Transfer requests may be approved at the sole discretion of the Company.
7.6 Digital Products
All digital products including ebooks, audiobooks, templates, downloads, guides, courses, recordings, and educational materials are non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
7.7 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge has been made in error, you agree to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases, membership renewals, payment plans, retreat payments, or event registrations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to Company services.
8. Travel & Retreat Terms

The following provisions apply to all retreats, group trips, hosted travel experiences, destination events, and curated travel programs.
8.1 Reservations
Reservations may require deposits, reservation fees, payment plans, or full payment.
Specific terms applicable to a particular retreat shall be disclosed during booking and are incorporated into these Terms.
8.2 Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered as a convenience.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of applicable deposits, reservation fees, administrative fees, and non-refundable amounts.
8.3 Final Payments
All balances must be paid by the published final payment deadline for the specific retreat.
Reservations with outstanding balances after the deadline may be canceled without refund.
8.4 Cancellation by Traveler
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]
Refund eligibility shall be governed by the cancellation schedule published for the specific retreat.
No refunds will be issued for:
Missed flights
Failure to obtain travel documents
Failure to attend
Voluntary departure
Late arrivals
Early departures
Unused services
Personal emergencies not covered by insurance
8.5 Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from:
Illness
Injury
Airline delays
Airline cancellations
Lost baggage
Weather events
Government actions
Border restrictions
Force majeure events
Participants are responsible for determining whether travel insurance is appropriate for their circumstances.
8.6 Travel Documents
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:
Valid passports
Visas
Vaccinations
Health documentation
Entry requirements
No refunds will be issued due to failure to obtain required documentation.
8.7 Supplier Responsibility
The Company acts solely as an independent organizer and seller of travel experiences.
Hotels, airlines, transportation providers, restaurants, guides, excursion companies, cruise lines, and other suppliers operate independently. The Company is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, interruptions, or failures of any supplier.
8.8 Itinerary Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify accommodations, transportation, activities, guides, restaurants, schedules, and itinerary components when necessary.
Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
8.9 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, losses, injuries, expenses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Pandemics
Epidemics
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Civil disturbances
Terrorism
Labor strikes
Transportation disruptions
Supplier insolvency
Refunds, if any, shall be governed by supplier policies.
8.10 Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume those risks by participating.
9. Community Standards

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to memberships, communities, events, retreats, programs, or services for behavior deemed:
Disruptive
Harassing
Threatening
Discriminatory
Abusive
Fraudulent
Unlawful
Harmful to the community
Removal due to conduct violations shall not entitle the participant to a refund.
10. Photography & Media Release

By participating in Company events, retreats, programs, memberships, workshops, communities, or experiences, you grant permission for photographs, video recordings, testimonials, audio recordings, and other media captured during participation to be used for marketing, promotional, educational, editorial, and business purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law.
11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
Use of the website
Membership participation
Event participation
Travel experiences
Retreat attendance
Digital products
Third-party services
This limitation applies even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. Purpose
This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Ambassador may promote and market Brand-related products, including but not limited to:
The Booked Club membership program and all related intellectual property ("IP"). Curated group trips hosted by The Booked Club and the Brand. Merchandise and swag that carries The Booked Club logo or represents the Brand.
2. Ambassador Responsibilities
The Ambassador agrees to:
Promote the Brand and its products in a professional and ethical manner. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Brand guidelines in marketing efforts. Ensure that all representations of the Brand remain positive and aligned with its values. Refrain from soliciting other Booked Club members or signed Ambassadors for sales or commissions.
The Ambassador may not claim ownership of any Brand IP, including logos, slogans, and curated travel experiences.
3. Commission Structure
The Ambassador shall be eligible for commissions based on sales to non-members of The Booked Club at publicly promoted pricing. Commissions are structured as follows:
A. General Products (Memberships, Books, Merchandise)
15% of the sales price.
B. Curated Group Trips (Flat-Rate Commission)
Trips $1,000 - $1,999 = $100 commission
Trips $2,000 - $2,999 = $200 commission
Trips $3,000 - $3,999 = $300 commission
Trips $4,000 - $4,999 = $400 commission
Trips $5,000 - $5,999 = $500 commission
Trips $6,000 and above = $600 commission (capped)
Commissions will be paid only for non-member purchases at publicly available pricing.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions will be processed within 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was completed and fully paid. Payments will be issued via the method designated by the Brand. The Ambassador is responsible for any applicable taxes on commission earnings.
5. Intellectual Property Protection
The Ambassador acknowledges that all Brand-related IP, including but not limited to The Booked Club name, logo, curated trip experiences, and merchandise designs, remain the sole property of the Brand. The Ambassador may not create, modify, or distribute Brand-related IP without prior written consent. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or dissemination of Brand IP will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and potential legal action.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation
The Ambassador shall not disclose or misuse any confidential information related to the Brand, including business strategies, pricing models, or customer data. The Ambassador may not recruit or solicit signed Booked Club members or other Brand Ambassadors for commissions.
7. Termination of Agreement
The Brand reserves the right to make updates and changes to this Agreement at its discretion. All changes will be reflected at

. The Brand will make every effort to notify Ambassadors via email when updates are made. This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:
The Ambassador will forfeit any unpaid commissions on transactions not completed before the termination date. The Ambassador must immediately cease use of all Brand IP and promotional materials. The Brand reserves the right to revoke any benefits or access associated with the Ambassador program.
Special Consideration:
All members of The Booked Club are automatically enrolled as Ambassadors. Canceling a Booked Club membership will also result in the termination of this Ambassador Agreement. Upon membership cancellation, all Ambassador privileges, including commission eligibility, will be revoked immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Ambassador's participation in this program. The Ambassador assumes all risks associated with their promotional efforts.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By selecting "I Agree", both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
